Delicious Fall-tastic Snacks for the Whole Family!

Can you feel that crispness in the air? See the colors start to slowly change into rich amber and orange hues on the leaves? Autumn is officially here (and we’re here for it)! The season of cozy sweaters, football (we have quite a few fans on the GoBe team), warm spiced apple cider, and beautiful nature walks with kiddos, we’re head over heels for fall. Moreover, we simply cannot wait to get in the kitchen and make some delectable fall treats (who can say no to the delightful aroma of pumpkin spice?) with our families. So grab your aprons and keep reading to discover some of our fave fall treats that are sure to please everyone in the family! Even if hot outside temps have you reaching for iced lemonade instead of pumpkin-spiced lattes, these recipes will have you dreaming of cozy fall weather.

Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites (No Baking Required!)

Let's start with a snack that's not only delicious but also nutritious! These no-bake energy bites are a breeze to make. Just mix oats (regular or gluten-free), chocolate chips, pumpkin puree, your favorite nut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, along with a dash of pumpkin spice and vanilla extract. Roll them into bite-sized balls, pop them in the freezer for 15 minutes, and voilà! Your on-the-go snack is ready to power you and your family through pumpkin-picking adventures (and they are a great size for our Original Snack Spinner!).

Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips

There is a certain je ne sais quoi about the warm scent of cinnamon baked apples that immediately inspires #sweaterweather and these nutrient-dense chips absolutely hit the mark. Wash, core, and thinly slice your favorite apples, then sprinkle them with cinnamon once they are arranged on parchment-lined baking sheets. You’ll know that the apple chips are ready when an apple chip removed from the oven is crisp when set out at room temperature for a couple of minutes. While this recipe does require some baking time, we guarantee that your house will smell magnificent by the time your batch is ready!

Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispie Treats

We’re big fans of rice krispie treats in our house and I absolutely love trying creative variations on this classic, easy to make, crowd-pleasing treat. Fall is a great opportunity to transform the classic rice krispie treat we all know and love into a pumpkin spice-erific seasonal delight! As you’re melting the butter, stir in pumpkin puree and cook until the mixture is warmed through. Once you’ve folded and completely melted the marshmallows into your pumpkin mixture, add in vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a dash of salt. All that’s left is to add the crispy rice cereal, pour the mixture into a baking pan, and let everything set before cutting them into squares (or drizzled with white chocolate if you want to get a bit fancy!). Pure fall happiness in every bite: guaranteed.

Cranberry Orange Muffins

Pumpkins and apples are surefire fall favorites, but let’s not forget to give the delicious cranberry and orange duo some love–especially in this perfectly delectable muffin! Perfect for breakfast (and even on-the-go in our Large Snack Spinner), these festive, cinnamon-spiced muffins combine the tangy goodness of cranberries with the bright, zesty flavor of oranges. With a cake-like crumb, these fluffy muffins will remind you of cupcakes and the sweet orange glaze will bring everything to a delicious full circle. Gather the little ones to join you on this baking adventure, and watch their faces light up as these muffins bake to perfection.

Butternut Squash Fries

Try giving classic potato french fries a new autumn-inspired twist by using butternut squash! These delicious butternut squash fries are not only easy to make, but they’re also a great side to any entree that the whole family can enjoy. Once you’ve pat your butternut squash sticks dry with a paper towel, completely coat them in corn starch, and add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme. With your fries properly seasoned, all you have to do is bake them until they're crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Feel free to serve these with your favorite dipping sauces and get ready to say yum!

From fries to rice krispie treats, this lineup of fall snacks will have your family reveling in the beauty of the season and the joy of shared moments. So, get ready to explore the wonderful world of fall flavors–one delicious bite at a time!
