You want the best for your little one, and so do we! That’s why our Snack Spinners come with a one year warranty. Quality is important to us and we won’t send you something that we wouldn’t feel comfortable using with our own kids. If you have any problems due to quality or defects with the Snack Spinner in the first year, please follow the instructions below:
Email at firstname.lastname@example.org the following information: Name, address, color and type of product, where you purchased, date of purchase, and what the issue is. Please include pictures if necessary. We will send you the appropriate replacement piece once we receive your submission.
Warranties do not cover products obtained from secondary marketplace, auctions, classified ads, or non-authorized 3rd party sellers.
If the problem is with your spinner not spinning, please make sure the product won't spin when empty and also check to see if the tray spins by hand when the lid is off.
